The EU eIDAS regulation is a standard covering electronic signatures of many types within the EU Single Market. EU member states have to recognise electronic signatures that meet the criteria outlined by eIDAS. Ascertia's products are eIDAS compliant for advanced and qualified signatures.
The Ascertia solutions provide trust within ERP, ECM, and CRM systems via support for the ETSI XAdES, PAdES and CAdES signature standards, and the OASIS DSS and DSS-X protocols. These are all supported across multiple document types, including PDF, XML, Word, Excel, HTML, and more.
These tools provide details about who signed a document and when it was signed. If the document has been modified since signing this will be immediately apparent.
